I'm currently not feeling mighty well right now.
I got a stomach ache and also a fever. meh. .
Just got back from Lucban, Quezon.
I shall summarize what happened there the past few days.
First day:
Arrived at CSB main campus at 4 a.m. in the morning.
Call time was 4:30 a.m. and it said in the itinerary that anyone who's not there by 4:30 a.m, shall be left behind. Of course, the itinerary was joking, and we waited for the others to arrive till 5:30 a.m. in the morning before we finally left the school.
I forgot what time we arrived there at Lucban, but man, Laguna is such a big place.
It's like, every place we passed through went by so fast except for Laguna.
Like first 15 minutes we were looking out the window and we were in Laguna...
The next 40 minutes, we look out the window and we were STILL in Laguna.
Man.
We stayed at Patio Hotel and Restaurant. Might I say that it was an epic win for Carla cause
she chose such a big room for the 5 of us.
Anton and Juls were staying in the room across ours.
The hotel was nice, clean and comfy. I'm actually planning on taking my family there one time.
I read somewhere online that the biggest room there costs like 800+/day, which is exponentially fine since it's such a nice hotel.
The itinerary was a FAIL because the weather was bad.
We watched like 4 workshops and demos alike.
My friends and I were actually so lazy to go to most of them that we kept on arriving late. Hehe.
We practically pigged out then with junk food and vodka.
That day was alright, I guess. Just hated the fact that we were suddenly grouped randomly.
I was stuck with Turtol and some other people.
Apparently, one of my followers in Tumblr knew me and finally got to talk to me.
She's really nice but, a bit too quiet unlike her friend who I was talking to more than her.
Second day:
The weather was, as always, bad and it was super cold that day.
We went to this place where we had to climb up these 300 steps up the mountain(while raining heavily) to reach the Kamay ni Hesus.
The place was nice. There was even a Noah's Arc retreat house there.
I wasn't able to go there cause I was, back then, sticking to my group.
So yeah, the way up was a bit tiring though it was nice.
The way down on the other hand was a pain in the ass.
It was slippery and since the stairs were inconsistent, it was hard to go down.
Add the heavy rain to add more pain and suffering for all of us.
After that, we went to this Botanical Garden place.
I had good time crossing the ever so shaky man-made bridge.
We were about to go to the Botanical Garden when the rain started pouring like crazy.
We were forced to take shelter under this old swing.
Carla and Juls had couple of nice pictures while dancing in the rain.
Since the weather was turning bad to worse, the facilitators decided to take us back to the hotel.
I hated the fact that we were only given 30 minutes to take a bath and rest for awhile.
I wasn't able to take a bath.
I mean... Dude, we're like 5 people in the room. How'd you expect us to finish taking a bath in 30 minutes?
Turtol and I boarded the bus with the nice chairs at the back.
Nice cause, the chairs at the back were all facing each other and there's a table in the middle.
Really nice.
We ate at this dampa place where the liempo and fish tasted absolutely fantastic that I opted, for the first time, for a second round.
We reviewed some of the shots that other people took.
I was happy that I didn't bring my cam, then.
We went back to the hotel and I started feeling horrible.
My tummy ached like crazy and my head, aching ever so badly.
I took a bath, we played a couple of card games while Juls started making Coke Rum.
We even had a Survivor vote-off.
Gella was voted-off by Khat, Turtol and myself. Hahaha!
Juls voted me off cause apparently, I couldn't catch little crabs. Random.
Carla voted for Khat.
Anyway, we even invited a couple of other people to join us.
It was fun playing Killers with all of them, but a girl's gotta rest when a girl's gotta rest.
So, I started crawling back to my bed whilst they were playing.
Let me just say that that night produced many hangover people the next day.
They finished drinking at 5 a.m. in the morning.
Even the profs were drunk. Lol.
Third day:
I felt weak, tired, in pain, feverish, etc.
Like I said before, the other night produced many hangover people, the itinerary wasn't followed anymore because almost everyone's having trouble waking up.
We were able to buy some souvenirs like broas, longganisa, etc.
I had to ask Nana to buy mine cause I wasn't exactly feeling ecstatic.
2 hours later, we stopped over this gasoline station and took pictures for the whole PVW team.
2 more hours later and we stopped over this other gasoline station.
I bought a Beef Parmigiani at Starbucks and a Pineapple juice at Select.
We bid our farewells to Carla and Juls cause they were going to be picked up there.
The whole trip was all about the series playing on the bus's monitor.
The series, The Waking Dead, made my stomach lurch more than ever.
I was so excited to go home.
And finally, I was fetched up by my cousin in front of SDA.
Thanks to Turtol for helping me with my many bags.
*bow*
I should rest now cause I have a fever.
Meh.
Good job, Mon.
Good job.
