Why hello there, Hell Week.
Written @ 9:56 AM

Yes, yes. Hello there, Hell Week. Please leave me alone.
I think for some courses, their hell week or finals week span for well, a week.
For MMA students, on the other hand, it spans for about more or less a month.
Might I say that it has been a rather pain in the ass to render my CADVIS2 finals?
It took about 3-4 days to finish. Which wasn't nice at all, considering the fact that I was forced to
leave my computer AND my laptop on for that long a period.
I'm hoping that that shall never happen again.
Good news is that I now know how to use Adobe Premiere. Yay.

Oh yeah, before anything else.
I shall post a couple of pictures to preserve memory of what happened a little before 2011.
But before that, let me relate to you, my dear reader, a couple of things that happened through pixel text. Yes.

On the first week of December, I was either playing, procrastinating or painting.
What was I playing? I was playing some random games I downloaded for my PSP.
One game was Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, and the other one was Harvest Moon.
Procrastinating... Well, not really. I mean I got to finish....

this. I don't think it's considered as procrastinating, if I finished this before everyone else did.
Watermark is a link to my Tumblr, btw.
Oh yeah, I also got to finish my 473 agonizing drawings for my 2DANIM2 class.
Yay. I never felt so darn accomplished in my entire life.
But yeah, I procrastinated after finishing these 2 subjects.

Moving on...

Painting. I finished painting my gifts for my friends, Carla, Gella, Khat & Nana.

Painting for Nana:
Painting for Khat:
Painting for Carla:
Painting for Gella:

Basically, these were painted on wood with acrylic paint, respectfully. I believe each took about
6-8 hours to make, except for the one for Nana with a butterfly silhouette.
It was a whole lot of hard work and a couple of backaches, but I think it all paid off. :)
Well, now. I still need to make a few more. Hello, term break. I shall be using you to paint some more. Nothing feels better than doing something you actually like. :)

Christmas Day
We had a couple of visitors at home. I made mango float with yummy grahams for the guests.
The guests comprised of Auntie Lucy and Ninong Nelson, my cousin, Candy, Uncle Lagamayo & his wife and our past maid & her newborn daughter. That's pretty much it.
It was fun, at first. But my mood shifted so quickly, that I hurried upstairs and just played with my PSP. :|

We went to hear mass at St. Peter at 9 pm. My cousin and I talked to an aunt that I've not seen for the longest of time. Time wasn't that cruel with her. Sure, she looks older, but her face says she's happy. Maybe, "Life wasn't that cruel with her," is more like it.

Oh yeah, 12/20/10.
Went to Robinson's Ermita to hang out with a couple of high school friends.
We watched The Frozen, which totally sucked.
It was horrible, really. Remind me not to let my friend pick the movie-to-watch-today next time. What a waste of 170 bucks.

12/26/10
Went to Tagaytay with my uncle, my uncle's wife, aunt, koko and my cousin.
Oh man, it was freezing there. I think that's even an understatement.
I was glad my aunt stopped me when she saw the sandals that I was originally wearing.
She told me to change my shoes when we were still at home. I am glad that I listened.

Funny thought, there's this new Robinson's Supermarket ala Hotel ala Town Square thing which was recently built there. A few blocks away, there's a new project of SM which is the SAME as Robinson's. :)) *le sigh* Well, competition is always there, it's a given... Especially for big companies.

Anyway, the part when we went to the horseback riding field was when my teeth started to chatter and my hands started to shake so badly my photos were horribly blurred.
I didn't exactly get a nice shot, even when I changed my cam's ISO to a regrettably high number. It was already dark out so I couldn't take nice picture if I don't use the built-in flash. But see, I hate the built-in flash. :/

About an hour later, we stopped by this hotel and drank a nice cup of hot choco there.
The place was nice, though we had to pay a whooping 400+ bucks on hot choco alone. Wow.

Anyway, that's about all I can say about my Tagaytay trip.

Moving on...

12/27/10
A splurge day that was planned by yours truly. Held at Glorietta-Greenbelt. Well, Greenbelt mostly.

Might I say that this day was absolutely fun?
Credits to Carla for the photo's, btw.

The day started with all of us miraculously early.
It was Me, then Carla, then Khat & Gella, Anton, then Sheena.
And yes, it was definitely a splurge day. A one time-big time thing for us, since most of us are pretty much tight on our budget.
We ate at Bubba Gump and ordered 5 big dishes. We actually couldn't finish it all.
We were already full, but we were still able to finish the dessert even so. Actually, we finished it in less than 5 minutes. :))
After that, we went to have a happy singing time at Red Box.
We didn't care if our throat hurt. It's been such a long time since we last went karaoke-ing. Really. I really missed it, considering the fact that about a year ago, we went karaoke-ing at Providence Tower almost every day.
Hahaa. Good times, gooddddd timesss.
And yes, well. That day was hella fun.

12/28/10
We went to Manila Ocean Park to celebrate Daddy's or my Uncle's birthday. The food was fine. Everything was okay. Got complimented by an artist that I had a good eye on art and stuff. :)

After that, I buried myself with work, effectively, finishing my WEBDEV2 finals and last homework.
Regards to Miguel for helping me out with the banner margins. :)

For New Year' Eve, I was only watching Star Trek on HBO, while everyone was either asleep or had their own business. I feel a tad bit lonely. :(
For the next few days, I was, again, buried with my final projects. See? Told you our hell week lasts more or less a month. Whoever made our schedule sucks so bad. I mean, how are you supposed to feel the need to celebrate when you still have finals on your mind. :/
Kinda stupid.

Today... or actually, yesterday.
I went to school and got a gift.
It was a cute little piggy bank cat dressed up in pink wool.
I found it ever so adorable that I couldn't help but squeal a couple of times.
Thank you. :)
